You will participate in a daily mindfulness practice for one week. You will create a journal of their participation as well as reflection on their experience. Evaluation will be of students’ participation in journaling each day rather than their skill in mindfulness.
Guidelines

You will participate in a daily mindfulness practice each day during this module. 
You can choose to try the same mindfulness practice each day or to vary the practices; the important part is to engage in mindfulness for a period of 15 to 30 minutes per day through this week. 
You will create a journal as a Word Document to submit in canvas. 
You should write 3 to 5 sentences of reflection each day; first person language is okay. 
Please date each entry. Evaluation will be of students’ participation in journaling rather than their skill in mindfulness. (Note: Please only share personal information to the degree you feel comfortable.)
